Solution
Disconnect the equipment and
connect the feeding wire again.
Connect the feeding wire to another
socket.
Touch the screen to go back to
Normal mode
Contact and Authorized Bematech
Technical Service Center.
Adjust the brightness and/or
contrast of the monitor's image.
Check that the equipment is in
an appropriate place and its
ventilation outlets unobstructed.
Do a 4-point calibration
Install touch driver
