IMPORTANT:
Product must spin on microwave
turntable to heat uniformly. If
the microwave does not have a
turntable, halfway through the
heating time rotate product
90 degrees.
TIP:
Not hot enough? Reheat in
microwave for 3 seconds and
retest it. Repeat up to 2 times
as necessary.
HEAT THERAPY - DO NOT MICROWAVE CARRIER
AND SCENT PAD
The Gel Mask should be at room temperature before
heating in the microwave. If you store the Gel Mask in
the refrigerator/freezer, allow the gel pack to warm to
room temperature prior to heating in the microwave.
Insert Gel Mask into cloth cover (Figure A.), place in
the center of microwave on HIGH power for 10 seconds.
Gently knead the inner gel pack after heating to evenly distribute the gel.
These settings will produce a "LOW" inner gel pack temperature.
Test prior to use. If it is too hot, allow to cool to desired temperature.
If a hotter temperature is desired after this time, heat the Gel Mask in the
microwave for an additional 3 seconds on HIGH power and test again.
Repeat up to 2 times until desired temperature is reached. DO NOT touch
inner gel pack after heating.
NOTE: Different microwave ovens have different heating capabilities. Your
microwave oven may need to run longer or shorter based on the wattage.

COLD THERAPY
Place Gel Mask inner gel pack in the refrigerator/freezer.
Chill for 30 minutes or longer.
TIP: 1. Ready to use anytime! Just store the gel pack in the cover and
store in the refrigerator/freezer. 2. To prevent the cover from absorbing
refrigerator / freezer odors place pack in a re-sealable plastic bag
3. Placing pack in freezer will cool faster than placing pack in refrigerator
