Thank you for choosing the Digital Bath Thermometer Panda; we are convinced that you will be fully satisfied
with our product. Please take a few minutes to carefully read through these instructions before using the
product and keep them for future use.
Safety instructions:
1. The ideal bath temperature for a baby is body temperature (between +-36 and 38°C), the ideal temperature for
a baby bedroom is 18°C.
2. Never lose sight of your child while he/she is in the bath tub. Always stay within arm's reach. Drowning can
occur very fast and also in shallow water.
3. The bath thermometer should only be used under the supervision of an adult.
4. Do not store the product in an area exposed to direct sunlight or dust. Avoid extreme temperatures. Wipe dry
after each use.
5. Never clean the product with chemicals or solvents.
6. Dropping or subjecting your thermometer to strong shocks should be avoided.
7. Do not attempt to disassemble the unit, except to replace the battery.
8. Always check the temperature of the water using your hand or elbow, before placing your baby in the bath tub.
Hot water can cause burns to your baby.
9. Always make sure the battery is out of reach for children. If your child has swallowed a battery, immediately go
to the emergency room. Do not let him eat or drink and do not induce vomiting.

Accuracy: +-1°C (between 20 and 45°C)
Battery type: CR2032 – battery life: +-1 year
The device will switch off automatically after 1 hour.
Measuring the bath temperature:
-
Stir the water to make sure the heat is evenly distributed and place the bath thermometer in the bath tub.

When the temperature of the bath water is higher than 39°C, the display will turn red and the word HOT will
appear on the display.

When the water temperature is lower than 32°C, the word COLD will appear on the display.
Measuring room temperature:
-
Gently tap the thermometer on a hard surface and the display will illuminate.

The temperature will appear on the display.
Battery information:
-
When the display is dimmed, the battery needs to be replaced.

To open the battery cover, use coins or another tool. In case the cover does not open easily, you can use a thin
tool to lift it.

Replace the battery only with another CR2032 type battery. Dispose of used batteries in accordance with local
legislation.

Always make sure the battery is correctly positioned in the battery compartment, that the waterproof lining is
in place and the battery compartment is closed properly.
