beaters:
For whisking sauces.
- Introduce the left beater with the notched disc (16) in the left hole of the hand
mixer (20).
- Introduce the right beater with the smooth disc (17)
in the right hole of the hand mixer (21).
DouGh hooKs:
For all cake mixers.
Do not operate the machine for more than 5 minutes with heavy mixtures.
- Introduce the left hook with the notched disc (16)
in the left hole of the hand mixer (20).
- Introduce the right hook with the smooth disc (17)
in the right hole of the hand mixer (21).
CAUTION:
Never use a beater and a hook at the same time.
Always unplug the appliance before setting or removing accessories.
- After setting accessories (see the part on "Installation and using of accessories"),
plug the appliance.
- Place beaters directly in the food.
- Plug the switch button M/A (4). The light will shine on the blue screen (5) indicating « 0 ».
- Select the required speed thanks to the speed wheel (6): the appliance starts.
- Use the speed wheel (6) to increase the rotating speed of accessories.
You can choose until 16 speeds: the number indicated on the blue screen informs you on the speed level.
- Select « 0 » to stop the appliance.
- Unplug the appliance with the switch button M/A (4).
- Unplug after use.
- Remove accessories from the power unit by pressing EJECT button (3).
- Rinse them under warm water.
NOTE:
- Speed setting 1 is used when beginning to whisk.
- To continue whisking choose a higher setting according to the quantity and consistency of mixture
and the size of the bowl.
