INSTALLATION
1) Assemble the two (2) rear brackets
attachment plate with two (2) M8-1.25 x 25 mm

carriage bolts and two (2) M8-1.25 hex. nuts

Tighten the first threads only.

2) Assemble the front of the attachment plate
the vehicle frame using the front bracket
M8-1.25 x 90 mm hex. bolts
hex. nuts . Use existing holes in the frame. The

front of the attachment plate
with the rear of the front suspension arms of the
vehicle. Hand tighten only at this time.

3) Centre the rear of the attachment plate
vehicle frame using a ruler.
4) Drill the skid plate of the vehicle with the drill bit
provided using the attachment plate
for the two (2) rear centre holes.

5) Insert the two (2) square U-bolts
frame and the floor of the vehicle and pass it
through the holes drilled in the preceding step.
Square U-bolts must connect the frame and the skid
plate of the vehicle, the rear bracket
attachment plate
NOTE: The space between the floor and the frame of
the vehicle is limited. To insert the square U-bolts
tool may be required to slightly lift the vehicle floor.
