using the soundbar. This prevents possible sound distortions. All other operations are carried out on the audio
device connected (e.g. forward/back or play/pause).
6.5 AUDIO SOURCE BLUETOOTH®
If Bluetooth® mode is being activated for the first time, the soundbar will start "Pairing Mode" automatically and
become visible to other devices. Select the soundbar on your playback device and connect to it.
The soundbar has a memory which can store up to 8 devices. Please disconnect from your current playback device
before connecting to another one.
You can also empty the Bluetooth® storage manually by holding down the "Play/Pause" button.
6.5.1 Pairing via NFC
Alternatively, you can connect the soundbar to an NFC-enabled smartphone via NFC pairing. To do this, switch
the soundbar on and change to the Bluetooth® audio source. Activate the NFC function on your smartphone so
that all the relevant data can be transferred and a connection between the two devices can be established. Hold
the smartphone over the soundbar' s NFC area so that both NFC chips are close together. The soundbar will then
establish a Bluetooth® connection with the smartphone.
6.6 AUDIO SOURCE HDMI™
Another feature of the soundbar is the possibility of connecting to a TV using an HDMI™ cable. The soundbar re-
produces the sound of the TV set in a specially adapted sound profile. To do this, please select HDMI™ as an audio
source using the "SOURCE" button. Additionally, the TV set' s on/off commands can be transferred to the soundbar.
To do this, the corresponding function must be activated in the TV menu (HDMI ARC or CEC).

7. GENERAL SETTINGS

The general settings can be selected from any audio source. Hold down the "SOURCE" button briefly until the
menu option "System" appears on the display. The following options can be adjusted in the system settings. You
can navigate using the selection keys and open or confirm the respective menu by pressing the „Play/Pause"
button.
7.1 TIME
Adjust date/time manually: This first block will start to flash once these settings have been opened. You can
adjust this using the select buttons. You can jump to the next block using the "Play/Pause" button. Once the time
and date have been set successfully, the message "time saved" will appear.
