Antenna

The antenna must not be bended with an angle greater than 90

Pack battery

The pack battery must not be:
short–circuited,
dismantled,
thrown into fire,
exposed to high temperatures (> to 60 C/140 F).
Use appropriate collectors for worn pack batteries.
INSTALLATION (see Plate A–I)
Belt clip (option)
Insert the belt clip (item 2) in the battery pack (item 1).
Battery pack
Align the six battery pack tabs (item 9) with the six handportable slots (item 8).
Insert the tabs in the slots.
Slide the battery pack (item 1) until it is locked inside.
To remove the battery pack: press the unlocking button (item 3) and withdraw
the battery pack.
Antenna
Make sure the seal (item 5) is installed on the tip of the antenna (item 6).
Screw the antenna on the handportable antenna connector (item 4).
Gently tighten the antenna.
Note: To be operational, the G2 handportable must be charged, configured and
personalized with the TPS.
