Setting the saddle height
Mount the saddle and take hold of the handlebar, then check that your legs are
fully extended when the pedals are in the lower position.
To raise the saddle simply grip the
padding and pull upwards. To lower it, pull
out knob (A) under the saddle.
There is a graduated scale (B) on the
saddle tube; on finding the correct
setting, you are advised to save it in the
training program.
Warning
If the saddle position is too high or too low, this could result in incorrect
leg movement, which may cause pains in various parts of the body.
Adjusting the pedal straps
To adjust the pedal straps, pull out the
tab and then re-insert it in the correct slot
for your foot size.
