1.
Ensure the power cord is disconnected from the power outlet.
2.
Unscrew the water tank from the main body if it is attached. Unplug the water
inlet cover on the underside of the water tank and add water. Do not exceed the
maximum amount of water in the tank. Place the water inlet cover back to secure the
water in the tank. Screw the tank back in place using the padlock guides. Never turn
the steamer on with an empty tank or disconnected with the tank.
3.
Plug the unit in to a suitable power outlet and hold the power button on for three
seconds. The light will illuminate blue briefly, then flash red whilst the unit heats up
the water.
4.
When the f10 is ready to use, the indicator light will turn to blue. This means the
steam is ready and the stainless steel plate is hot.
5.
The steam trigger is now ready to be pulled and the f10 will begin steaming. The
steam trigger can be pressed manually, or held down by sliding down the trigger
after being pulled.
6.
Run the steamer head over clothes repeatedly until the creases soften and
disappear. With your free hand, pull material taut. Steam works best when the
material is held straight. See the Fridja youTube Channel for videos!
7.
The unit will cut out after 8 minutes of continuous use to cool. Wait 15 seconds and
turn back on to continue steaming.
8.
When you are finished, press and hold the on/off button to turn the f10 off.
caution:
some fabrics like leather, suede and velvet may not be suitable for
steaming. if you are unsure, steam a discreet part of the item to test that it
does not damage the fabric before steaming the entire item. never lay the
garment steamer on its side. always turn the steamer off when not in use.
