13. Never place the massage cushion where it could fall into water (e.g. next to a
bath, swimming pool or whirlpool etc.)
14. Do not use in wet rooms, the appliance must always remain completely dry.
15. Never use the massage cushion during bathing, showering or while driving.
16. Never use the appliance in rooms with flammable or explosive materials or liquids
such as, for example, deodorant or hairspray.
17. Never bring sharp or pointed objects or tools in close proximity to the appliance,
or insert them into the appliance openings. This could damage the appliance!
18. Do not bend.
19. Use appliance only as described in this user manual. Use only with accessories
provided, incorrect accessories can lead to damage of appliance.
20. This appliance is only for domestic use and is not suitable for commercial
use.
Before using the massage cushion, you should note that:
•
The appliance is designed to pamper you with a gentle massage and to loosen
the muscles, it does not replace medical treatment.
•
The massage should be pleasurable for you. Should the massage become un-
comfortable, turn off the massage cushion with the SHIATSU button or change
the setting.
•
Never use the massage cushion while sleeping or in bed or also if you are tired
and there is a danger of falling asleep.
•
The appliance should not be used before going to bed, since the massage has
a stimulating effect and can make it difficult to fall sleep.
•
Never use the massage cushion while driving.
•
Never cover the massage cushion or the power adaptor with a blanket or pillow.
The appliance may overheat and become damaged or cause electric shock, fire
or physical injury.
•
Never turn the appliance off at the plug, always push the SHIATSU button first,
then pull out the plug.
•
Never use the massage cushion for longer than 15 mins. Longer use could lead
to overheating and damage your appliance. Also you should allow the appliance
to cool down after each use before turning it on again. In the event of over-
heating, switch off the appliance immediately, unplug and wait until it has coo-
led down.
