SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

Please read through the following safety instructions carefully and completely
before using the product. Keep these instructions in a secured place in order to
look up details thereof again at any time.
ATTENTION
• Non-compliance with these instructions can lead to injuries and / or material
damage!

• Hot wax can cause burns!
• Never touch the burning candle or flame!
• Burning candles have to be considered an open fire and should thus never
remain unattended; children and pets should not be able to reach the burning
candle.
• The lantern has to be placed on a flat, stable and non-flammable surface with
enough distance to flammable materials.
1. Putting into operation and handling
• Before using the lantern for the first time, all packaging material has to be
removed.
• Only tea lights, i.e. small candles in a metal cup, with a diameter of 39 mm
and a height of max. 25 mm may be used. We recommend tea lights with a
height of 25 mm (so-called gastronomy tea lights).
• When unpacking as well as before every use, please verify whether the article
shows any damage. If so, please do not use the article and inform your dealer.
• All movable elements have to be checked as to functionality prior to using
the article.
• If necessary, the lantern including all movable parts has to be cleaned prior
to use. For this, the lantern can be disassembled.
