Connection is not well done
No water
Not enough water
The splash guard is not straight
The mist maker is dirty

Suggested solution
Check all connections of the
appliance
Fill with water until Max level
Add water until Max level
Put the splash guard straight
Unplug the appliance, empty
water and clean all parts.
Take care to use always clean water.
