Introduction
Thank you for purchasing a Macnaught K29 or K32
single hand operated grease gun.
Please read and retain this instruction sheet to assist
you in the operation and maintenance of this quality
product.
Product Description
Your Macnaught Flexigun is a pistol grip type grease gun
complete with high pressure flexible grease hose for easy
access to those hard to reach grease points.
The Flexigun is designed for use with 400g (K32) or 450g
(K29) cartridges or bulk grease. The filler/bleeder valve in
the head also allows clean filling from 20kg (35lb) grease
pails using a Macnaught "J3" Grease Gun Filler Pump.
The "variable stroke" feature of this grease gun allows you
to achieve higher greasing pressures using short piston
strokes or high volume with a full stroke.
CAUTION
Caution must be observed when either unscrewing the
barrel or unscrewing the pull handle from the follower
rod as the large follower spring inside the barrel is
energised.
Never allow any part of the human body to come in
front of, or in direct contact with a material outlet.
Never point the nozzle of the gun at yourself or anyone
else.
Select the correct Follower position
Most Macnaught grease guns are equipped with a single
lip, two position follower so you can use either cartridge or
bulk grease with minimum grease by-passing the follower.
