2.1.2 Side working position
To couple the cultivator so that it is shifted to the right of the tractor, follow these
steps: follow the steps detailed under 2.1.1, but with this difference:
g) Switch pin insertion n.3 fig.1 so they are turned towards the left (viewed from
cultivator driving direction).
h) Fit rod C into pin n.11 fig.1
Danger
When driving or operating with the hydraulic lift raise, disengage the PTO to
prevent harmful vibrations from reaching the transmission. (See Tractor
Operating and Maintenance Manual).
2.3 DEPTH REGULATION
The depth at which the hoes work into the soil can be adjusted by regulating
shoe height n.4 fig.1, on both sides of the cultivator.
2.4 REGULATING THE REAR SOIL FLAP
The rear soil flap (n.2 fig.1), behind the cultivator can be regulated with its chain
for more or less soil break up and tilling performance.
If the soil is wet, it is best to raise the flap to prevent soil collecting inside the
cultivator hood.
