LIMITED 3 YEAR WARRANTY
Should this product fail to perform to satisfaction due to a defect or poor workmanship within
3 YEARS from the date of purchase, return it to the place of purchase. It will be replaced,
free of charge. Incidental or consequential damages are excluded from this warranty.
Auto Darkening Welding Helmet
Possible Causes(s)
Headband has been set
unevenly on the two sides of
the helmet, resulting in an
uneven distance from the
eyes to the filter lens.
1. Front cover lens is dirty or
damaged.
2. Sensors are dirty.
3. Welding current is too low.
4. The batteries are not placed
correctly or out of power.
Operating temperature is too
low.
1. Lens and/or filter are dirty.
2. There is insufficient
ambient light.
3. Shade number is
incorrectly set.
4. Headband is not properly
adjusted.

Corrective Action(s)
Adjust the headband to reduce
the difference in distances to
the filter.
1. Change the cover lens.
2. Clean the sensors surface.
3. Adjust the sensitivity setting
higher. Increase the delay
time if necessary.
4. Reinstall or replace batteries.
Do not use at temperatures
below -10 ºC or 14 ºF.
1. Clean or change lens.
2. Provide sufficient ambient
light.
3. Reset the shade number.
4. Readjust the headband.
