National standards and safety regulations must be observed.
2. Special Instructions
Area of the grating must remain free as shown on the type label.
3. Use and intended purpose
The storage system is used for the safe storage of materials used by builders, painters, electricians, etc. Where

Steel sheet construction, galvanized
-
Lockable wing doors
-
Wooden feet with steel foot plate
-
Integrated crane eyes to ensure ease of transportation

5. Assembly
Point of use
The storage system must be installed on level ground before it can be secured to the floor, the floor
-
should be concrete and compliant with DIN 1045.
The container can be installed inside or outside and should not be easily accessible to unauthorised
-
personnel.
Further information is available in the general operating instructions.

Assembly
The container should only be assembled by trained operators (two people) using appropriate lifting equip-
ment (fork lift truck or crane) and tools.
Align the base (diagram A).
Place the side panels on the edges of the sump.
Screw (screws 6 x 80 mm) the side panels to the drill holes on the base from the outside (there are only 3
drill holes in the centre of the side panels). Place the door and the rear panel in front of the side panels and
ensure that the door and rear panel U-profiles align with the U-profiles on the side panels. See diagram B.
Screw the top corners of the front and horizontal elements in place using self tapping screws.
Screw the door and the rear panel to the drill holes in the base.
Screw the side panels to the drill holes in the base using the remaining screws.
Place the crane eyes in the middle of the roof, push the hexagonal screws (M10 x 100) from the outside into
the U profile and secure them in place using nuts (see diagram C).
Put the lock on the door and check that it works correctly.
