Do leg pin holes show obvious damage, gouging, elongation or deep

Inspect the lanyard attaching leg pins to the legs for damage.
Do the leg stoppers prevent the inner leg tube from separating
Inspect entire head for damage and indentations. Normal wear and tear
is acceptable.
Do the pulleys rotate freely with no binding or resistance on the pulley
HEAD
Inspect the grooves of the pulley. Is there damage or sharp edges within

INSPECTION
Remove from service for further inspection
and replacement.
Remove from service if deep indents greater
than 0.02" / 0.5mm are present.
Replace pins if not operating smoothly.
Replace the lanyard if damaged.
Remove from service for repair if damaged.
Contact CMC Customer Service if serial
numbers are not legible.
Replace if illegible.
Remove from service for further inspection if
loose.
Return to CMC or a trained, authorized
Service Agent for repair or replacement if
obvious damage is present.
Do not use if damaged.
Replace the detent pin if missing or damaged.
if pins are rusting.
Replace the foot if it is damaged.
Replace if damaged.
