Initial use
ROTATE THE HANDLE OF THE BASKET OUTWARDLY UNTIL IT LOCKS.
Wash the parts as indicated in the MAINTENANCE section.
Thoroughly dry all parts before assembly.
Do not use the fryer without oil.
When frying different types of food, give priority to food that needs to be fried at the lowest temperature.
Do not mix different types of oil for frying.
The frying of pre-cooked foods can take less time to fry than completely raw foods.
It is advisable to filter the oil after it has completely cooled after each use.
Replace the oil after 10-15 uses or earlier if the oil turns brown and thick.
Safety tips
THIS FRYER IS ONLY SUITABLE FOR USE WITH OIL OR LIQUID GREASE AND NOT FOR THE USE OF
SOLID FATS.
Never turn on the fryer without oil or liquid grease, as this could damage the machine. Additionally, do not
place other liquids such as water or other substances in the stainless steel bowl (8).
Place the fryer on a dry and stable surface. As the fryer becomes hot during use, make sure it is not too close
to other objects.
Instructions for use.
Make sure the fryer is DISCONNECTED.
Insert the stainless steel bowl (8) into the stainless steel container (9).
Assemble the removable body in the stainless steel oil bowl. Make sure that the body is correctly secured by
connecting the two fixing slots (4) in the guides on the outside of the steel container (9). This activates the
small black safety switch (located between the two slots) and the fryer will switch on correctly.
Remove the frying basket and hang it on the container using the dedicated hook on the basket.
Use only good quality oil for frying such as peanut oil, vegetable oil, pure corn oil, sunflower oil, rapeseed oil
or light olive oil. (It is advisable not to mix oils).
Fill the stainless steel bowl to between the MIN and MAX mark.
Do not fill above the MAX mark or below the MIN mark.
Make sure the temperature control knob (5) is set to OFF or 0.
Plug the power cord into an outlet.
Move the thermostat knob to the desired temperature.
The red (6) and green (7) indicator will come on.
While the oil is preheating, prepare the food to be fried.
When the oil has reached the set temperature, the green light turns off.
NOTE: the green ready light will turn on and off with the thermostat to maintain the set temperature.
