INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
BEFORE USING THE PRODUCT
Read these instructions carefully so as to avoid damages and,
however, to check on hazardous situations.
Using this product for purposes other than those specified in
this manual may cause fires, electrical hazards or wounds thus
invalidating any warranties.
Before operating, carefully remove the packaging and check
that the product is intact.
Should you see any defects or damages, do not install or
attempt to repair the equipment; instead, you should inform
the retailer.
Do not leave the packaging within the reach of children,
and dispose of the parts in conformity with the norms and
provisions in force.
FOR YOUR SAFETY
Ensure that the electricity corresponds to the data on the
product's license plate and that the electric system is suitable
to the use of the product.
Never allow animals or children to play with or touch the
product.
Attention! When turned on, the panel may be very hot (about
70°C).
This product was designed for home use and is not suitable
for use in public places or on vehicles, boats or aircrafts.
IMPORTANT
•To avoid overheating never cover the product (Fig. 15).
Do not leave any object on or cover the instrument while it is
on (Fig.16).
• For this need, install exclusively the towel we have provided
(Fig.15).
• Do not climb on the product (Fig.16).
• If the electric wire is damaged and has to be repaired, do not
perform this repair by yourself. Bring the product to a licensed
technical assistance center since this type of repair needs to
be done by specialized personnel to avoid all types of hazards.
• Never use the product in rooms that are saturated with
explosive gases, vapors generated by solvents or paints, or
however, any type of inflammable gas.
• This product must not be used by persons (including children)
who possess limited physical, sensorial or mental capabilities,
have inadequate experience or know-how on the product, are
not monitored by someone responsible for their safety and
have not been appropriately instructed.
Children have to be watched to ensure that they do not play
with the product.
Attention
If the glass panels are damaged, it is absolutely forbidden to
use the product.

POSITIONING
• Do not place this equipment close to or under an electric
outlet (Fig.19).
• The product was designed to work on a fixed wall. Do not set
it on the floor, on the ceiling or in a similar place.
• The product was manufactured with a class II dual electric
insulation and does not require grounding.
• Never install the product on wooden, synthetic or
inflammable surfaces.
• Make sure to always maintain the minimum distances from
walls, furniture or other objects as instructed (Fig.A).
• The protection possesses a grade IPX5 water protection.
The product may be used in bathrooms or humid places as
long as the safety zones are respected (Fig.B).
INSTALLATION
Plugs and screws, provided with the product, are only suitable
for masonry walls. For different wall construction and material
types, please use the appropriate fixing means.
Proceed with installation only after you have fully read the
safety instructions (Fig.1/14).
ELECTRIC CONNECTIONS
Novellini S.p.a. guarantees conformity with the safety and
hygiene norms in force at the moment the product was
released in the market and bears the EC logo and the factory's
declaration of conformity. All the articles and parts have been
tested in the factory according to the company's quality
control norms. In order to ensure that these characteristics
are not modified even after installing the product, follow the
simple instructions given below.
1) Make sure that the electricity grid to which the product will
be connected has been built in conformity with law provisions
and norms in force, paying particular attention to the electrical
grounding
2) The norms in force prohibit any electric installation (sockets,
switches etc.) in the vicinity and must be at a distance of at
least 60 cm and a height of 225 cm from the product.
3) Check that the electric line supplying the product is of
suitable dimensions according to the absorptions indicated
(see the technical specifications).
4) Electric connection of the product must be provided with a
bipolar switch with a minimum opening of the contacts of 3
mm able to remove the voltage.
5) For France, the radiator's electric connection must be
installed with a permanent connection.
6) Novellini S.p.a. declines any liability arising from the failure
to observe the abovementioned instructions.
ADDITIONAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR USING THE TURBO
FUNCTION ON THE SOLE RADIATOR
The TURBO function on the SOLE radiator features continuous
operation irrespective of the room temperature.
For safety reasons, the TURBO function is restricted to a
4-hour cycle.
After 4 hours, the radiator will continue to operate normally,
thermostatting according to the room temperature and the
temperature set on the remote control.
