Thank you for purchasing a Montarbo product, the Italian company founded in 1962, and
since then serving music and audio. The unique and state of the art Montarbo products are
designed with the utmost attention to detail and durability. Reliability is in line with the high
quality standards and sensitivity to the environmental impact that distinguish the company.
The MDI-2A active DI-BOX is mainly used on the stage, for optimal management of
unbalanced signal from high-impedance instruments such as keyboards, guitar pick-
ups and electric basses. A gain reduction PAD [0, -20, -30 dB] and a GROUND to eliminate
any ground return hum can be applied to the two balanced output signals, thanks to the
internal active circuits. The front connectors are compatible with both classic 6.3 mm
TRS jacks and RCA connectors. It is also possible to take repetitions of the input signals
through the convenient THRU connectors on the front panel.
