It is essential that you remember the
unlock pattern you set. You have fi ve
chances to enter your unlock pattern,
PIN or password. Once you have used
all fi ve chances, you can try again 30
seconds later.

If you can't remember your unlock
pattern, PIN or password:
If you have tried to log on to your Google
account on the phone and failed to enter
the correct pattern five times, tap the Forgot
pattern button. You will then be required to
sign in with your Google account to unlock
your phone.
If you haven't created a Google account on
the phone or cannot remember it, you will
have to carry out a factory reset.
