SPECIAL CHARACTERISTIC
1. The sandwich-bottom of the cooker is
made by a friction pressure machine, which
makes it strong, reliable and without any
cracks.
2. The diameter of the sandwich-bottom is
bigger than common products, which
makes the pressure cooker absorb heat
faster.
3. To adjust the pressure-limiting valve, and
regulate the pressure is very easy. (fig 7, this
is the pressure releasing position)
PLEASE CLEAN THE PRESSURE COOKER,
ADD WATER AND HEAT HALF AN HOUR
BEFORE FIRST TIME USE
1. Make sure that the steam-releasing hole is
unobstructed before use. Check to see that
the safety open-preventing valve hole and
the pressure-limiting valve hole are not
obtructed.
If any of them is obstructed,
clear away or use a dredging needle.
2. Closing the lid.
Align the mark "O" on the lid to the mark
"O" on the lower handle to close clockwise
the lid of cooker properly, align the up and
low handle, push the button forth and lock
the up and low handle tightly. (Fig.8)

4. Heating.
In order to raise the temperature quickly,
heat with high power till the safety open-
preventing valve begins to work. Pay atten-
tion not to use too much heat. (It is normal
that) a little steam seeps from the safety
open-preventing valve after heating for a
while. There should be no steam seepage
after the open-preventing valve rises and
the cooker works normally. When the pres-
sure-limiting valve raises and steam comes
out continuously and give off a "squeak",
heat should be minimized, at the same time
keep the pressure-limiting valve releasing
and start to count heating time. (As per part
cooker's metal surface with hands or body.
Cook carefully and use the handles to
avoid a burn.
5. To turn off, reduce the heat and release
pressure while opening the lid.
