Destroying a mobile device with a batte-
ry can generate a flash or an explosion .

powered devices before destroying!

1 . Lift door and insert SSD Destroyer into intimus 360
Destroyer.

2 . Place SSD's, USB drives, compact flash disks, came-
ras, hard drive controller boards and cell phones
(REMOVE BATTERY FIRST) in between the panels of
the SSD Media Transport Sleeve and slide the slee-
ve into the opening within the SSD Destroyer.
Note: It is important to center the media from
front-to-back and side-to-side inside the Destroy-
er. Failure to do so could cause damage to the De-
stroyer.

3 . Close the door and press the "Destroy" button. The
intimus 360 Destroyer and the Destroyer will des-
troy the media and return to home position to be
ready to destroy the next piece of media.

4 . Open the door and remove the media by gripping
the end of the SSD Media Transport Sleeve. The
SSD Media Transport Sleeve is tough and designed
for multiple cycles. The LCD displays "Ready Sessi-
on: 1", indicating the destruction process is com-
plete and a cycle has been recorded. Remove SSD
Destroyer if desired.

Maintenance / Disposal

CAUTION!
Risk of injury!
Use caution when cleaning the unit as some
debris is sharp and may contain glass.
NOTE!
Regular cleaning and removal of debris from
the intimus 360 Destroyer and Destroyer is re-
quired to keep unit functioning properly.

8 .1 Cleaning the SSD Destroyer

1 . Remove SSD Destroyer from intimus 360 Destroyer
crush chamber.
2 . Wipe dirt off exterior of SSD Destroyer with a soft
and dry cloth. Do not use chemicals or solvents.

3 . Remove debris from inside unit using a brush, va-
cuum or by turning unit on its side and dumping
debris into a trash container.

8 .2 Cleaning the HDD crusher

Cleaning exterior of unit:
1 . Switch off the machine and disconnect the power
cord.
2 . Wipe dirt off with a soft and dry cloth. Do not use
chemicals or solvents.
