1. General instructions
Anyone involved with the assembly, operation, maintenance or repair of the product should read and be aware
of the contents of the instruction manual.
National standards and safety regulations must be observed.
2. Use and intended purpose
The full body shower is used for washing specifically the body.
The full body shower provides swift assistance when initial steps are being taken to combat possible contamina-
tion of the body with substances which present a health hazard.
3. Technical details
The full body shower incorporates the following features:
The shower head is manufactured from either plastic (models G 1635 / G 1643) or stainless steel
(models G 1691 / G 1692).

4. Assembly
Ceiling shower
1.
Screw the union (A) to the shower head (B).
2.
Fasten the actuating arm assembly (C) to them.
3.
Connect the all-body shower to a 1" NPT water supply connection on the ceiling.
4.
Check the operation of the shower.
Ceiling showers
G 1635 (plastic shower head)
G 1692 (stainless steel shower head)
Wall shower
1.
Screw the steel pipe (E) to the actuating arm assembly ( C)
2.
Screw the elbow (A) to the steel pipe (E).
3.
Screw the shower head (B) into position below the elbow (A).
4.
Connect the shower to a 1" NPT water supply connection on the wall.
5.
Check the operation of the shower.
Wall showers

5. Operation
To operate the full body shower pull the stainless steel handle downwards. The stainless steel handle remains
in this position To turn the full body shower off, push the stainless steel handle back up again.
6. Important rules

Full body and eye showers serve a main purpose in the range of first aid.
Burns, scalds or chemical burn are injuries, whereupon immediate action is neccecary to minimise damage. To
reduce impairment, this injuries should be treated with cold water as soon as possible.
7. Maintenance and servicing
The emergency shower should be operated monthly to rinse the piping and to ensure it is functioning
properly.
In addition water still present in the shower should be prevented from being contaminated with germs
or discoloured.
Make sure that the spray head is not fouled
