7. WARRANTY
Our warranty is in accordance with sta t u tory
provisions, i.e. two years from the date of
purchase. Claims may only be made when
a ccompanied by proof of the date of pur-
chase. The warranty is limited to neck rests
that have been used as intended, that have
been treated properly, and that have been
returned in a clean and orderly condition.
The warranty does not cover natural wear
and tear, or damage caused by excessive
use, or damage caused by unsuitable or
improper use, or by modifications.
Disclaimer of liability
We assume no liability for this neck rest and
any consequential damages if it has not been
operated in accordance with this user manu-
al, or if it has been modified.
Any modification or misuse of your RECARO
neck rest will result in a dis - claimer of liability.
Textiles
All our fabrics meet high quality require-
ments concerning colourfastness. However,
UV radiation from the sun will bleach out
fabrics. This does not constitute a material
defect but normal wear and tear, for which
no warranty can be given.
