the duration of the session

is 10 minutes but this can be
changed in intervals of 1
minute between the values 1
and 15.

you can change the work
mode for your session using
the and keys.
The default value shown is
P1 (very low pulse frequency)
but this can be modified by
selecting from the values P1,
P2, P3, P4 and P5.
