- Protect the unit from rain and excessive moisture. If water (or any liquids) is
introduced into the apparatus, it must be turned off immediately and wipe it.
- Avoid exposing the device to high external pressure, which can lead to an
internal short circuit and overheating
- Never put the device in or close to heating appliances such as microwave
ovens, stoves, cooking tables, heaters or other (including audio amplifiers). In
case of overheating, the battery of the device may explode.
- Do not operate the device of the battery while the battery leaks or is damaged.
- Install away from electric or magnetic fields.
Protect the device, battery and AC adapter for any damage.
- Do not use harsh chemicals, cleaning solvents or strong detergents to clean
the unit otherwise promote corrosion. Clean it with soft and dry tissue.
- Batteries (battery pack or batteries installed) shall not be exposed to excessive
heat such as sunshine, fire or the like
- Do not allow the battery to come in contact with metal objects as this may cause
a shot circuit between the (+) and (-) battery and damage it temporarily or
permanently.
- Never use any charger or battery that is damaged.
- Never dispose of the battery or the device in fire.
Interference with medical equipment
- To avoid interference, do not use the device near other electronic devices,
pacemakers or medical equipment.
- If you use a hearing aid, contact the manufacturer of this prosthesis to obtain
more information about interference.
- A minimum distance of 15cm from your device and pacemaker to avoid any
interference
- To minimize the risk of interference with a pacemaker, use the device on the
opposite side to the implant.
- Do not use your device in a hospital or near medical equipment due to
interference that could occur.
Any servicing should be performed by an authorized service
representative.
Using the services of an unauthorized technician may result in damage to the
device and invalidate the warranty.
- Do not try to repair, disassemble or modify this unit by yourself render the
guarantee void.
