European Directive 2012/19/EU
Based on the European Directive 2012/19/EU on waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE), such devices cannot
be deposited in the usual municipal containers; these have to be collected selectively to optimize the recovery and recy-
cling of the components and materials that constitute them and reduce the impact on human health and environment.
The crossed-out bin symbol appears on all FARHO products to remind the consumer of the obligation to separate them
for selective collection.
