Using the multimedia dock
Connecting via wireless or Bluetooth
You can connect a wireless mouse and keyboard or Bluetooth mouse and keyboard. For more
information about the devices, refer to the device's user manual.
• W ireless mouse and keyboard: Insert a wireless receiver into the USB port.
• B luetooth mouse and keyboard: Connect to a mobile device via Bluetooth.
Using Samsung DeX mode
You can use your mobile device's features in an interface environment similar to a computer.
You can launch the mobile device's apps and check the mobile device's notifications and
status.
• I f you want to control the Samsung DeX mode screen, you must connect a mouse.

• S ome apps or features may not be available when using Samsung DeX mode.
Precautions for launching Samsung DeX mode
• W hen you launch or disconnect Samsung DeX mode, the currently running apps will
close except some apps.
• Y ou cannot launch Samsung DeX mode if your mobile device is in the following modes:
the power saving mode, ultra power saving mode, performance mode, emergency mode,
and safe mode.
