Fitting kit
- 2 BHc 5×15 screws (big head)
- 2 M5 nylock nuts
- 2 self-adhesive rubber pads
Assembly
- Remove the passenger saddle, disconnect indicators and plate lighting. Remove the original number
plate support.
- Assemble the four parts of the plate holder as indicated on the photo using the provided screws,
washers and nuts (the plate metal support is placed between the indicators support and the block
fitting).
- Pass all indicators and plate lighting wires through the opening foreseen for these purpose.
- Fix the unit on the motorbike thanks to the original fitting kit and screws.
- Fix the number plate on its support. Place rubber pads on the indicators holder to avoid any contact
with the exhaust pipe.
- It is advised to check the slope of the number plate before assembly, and if necessary, fold the plate
metal support so as to preserve a slope in the standards. Be careful to keep a sufficient slope to
avoid any contact between tyre and number plate under risk of extraction (do not fold the
metal support while inserted in the ABS piece).
* Painted and varnished parts are not guaranteed against high pressure steam washes or aggressive cleaning products which can damage them and unstuck the varnish. We advise moreover, according to the technical
data of our painting suppliers, to wait one month to obtain a complete polymerization of varnish.
* Accessories gone up on the motorbike will not be any more considered as new and will be neither retaken nor exchanged.
* Ermax accessories are foreseen for original equipments. They will not be guaranteed if they are used in others conditions.
* Due to vehicules made tolerances, beyond our control, some Ermax products might need adjustings to fit.
* A few tyres, faithful to ETRTO standards, may be in fact bigger and higher than dimensions engraved on the tyre (until + 10 mm). They may be not compatible with undertrays and rear huggers which
we made with original tyres and whose dimensions correspond to these ones engraved on tyre.
* Aluminium screws are garanted until 6 Nm by our suppliers. Care to excessive clampings which may damage or break screws.
