The mixer is designed for:
- Whipping liquids, such as dairy products, sauces, fruit juices, drink mixes or
smoothies.
- Mix soft ingredients such as dough or mayonnaise.
- Prepare purees with cooked ingredients, such as for making porridge.
- It is not prepared to beat hard food.
IMPORTANT
- If you want to beat a food that you have just cooked. It is important that you
remove the container from the cooking point (the fire) and let it cool for a while.
Otherwise, the stand of the mixer may overheat.
- Click the motor unit into the foot.
- To avoid splashing, place it in the mix before connecting the appliance. Now
connect the appliance to the power. And you can start to beat.
- No liquid should exceed the joint between the part that has the motor and the
base with the blades.
- Do not leave the mixer still, make circular movements and gently.
- If the blades get stuck, disconnect the appliance from the power supply before
cleaning.
- After using the mixer, disconnect the cable from the power outlet and disas-
semble the appliance.
CLEANING
Do not immerse the mixer motor in water or any other liquid. Clean it only with
a damp cloth.
1. All other components can be washed in the dishwasher. However, after whip-
ping or chopping very salty foods, you should immediately rinse the blades.
