AVANT MONTAGE DE LA BRIDE
Contrôles
- Mesurer la cote "A" entre les contre-brides (Fig. 1) et
vérifier que le Priux home Zoom et la bride télescopique
livrée soient bien adaptés à cette hauteur (Fig. 2).
Préparation de la bride
- Retirer le capuchon plastique de protection en prenant
soin de ne pas détériorer le joint "QUADRI".
PAS DE GRAISSAGE DU JOINT
Une réserve de lubrifiant spécial est déposée, en usine,
dans la gorge du joint.
- Le joint doit rester parfaitement en place dans son loge-
ment.
- Veiller à ce qu'aucune poussière ne se dépose ni sur la
partie non peinte, ni sur le joint.
- La partie du Priux home Zoom recevant la bride télesco-
pique doit être parfaitement propre.
MONTAGE DE LA BRIDE
- Engager l'extrémité de la bride télescopique en ap-
puyant fortement lors du passage du joint "QUADRI".
- Procéder par poussée et rotations successives jusqu'à
introduction complète de la bride (cote "H" mini Fig. 2).
- Ramener la bride télescopique dans la même position
que la bride supérieure.
- Le Priux home Zoom est prêt à être raccordé.
INSTALLATION DU PRIUX HOME ZOOM (voir Fig. 3)
- Fermer les vannes.
- Retirer le circulateur à remplacer.
- Laisser en place les contre-brides ou remplacer les rac-
cords union par de nouvelles contre-brides ovales PN6
ou rondes PN6/PN10
- Nettoyer parfaitement les portées de joints sur les
contre-brides.
- Fixer le circulateur côté bride fixe sur la contre-bride de
refoulement en intercalant le joint, en respectant les po-
sition de montage autorisées (Fig. 4).
- Serrer modérément les boulons de fixation
-Positionner le joint sur l'autre contre-bride, côté aspira-
tion.
- Faire coulisser la bride réglable pour l'amener au contact
du joint.
- Serrer les boulons de fixation.
- Ouvrir les vannes d'isolement du circulateur.
PRIOR TO FLANGE ASSEMBLY
Checks
- Measure dimension "A" between the counter-flanges
(Fig. 1) and check that Priux home Zoom and telescopic
flange delivered are compatible with this height (Fig. 2).
Preparation of flange
- Remove the protective plastic cover, taking care not to
damage the "QUADRI" seal.
NO SEAL LUBRICATION REQUIRED
The seal groove is filled with a reserve of special lubricant
in the factory.
- The seal must remain perfectly positioned in its housing.
- Make sure that no dust is allowed to settle on the un-
painted portion or the seal.
- The portion of the Priux home Zoom accommodating
the telescopic flange must be perfectly clean.
FLANGE ASSEMBLY
- Engage the end of the telescopic flange, exerting a
strong pressure when passing the "QUADRI" seal.
- Successively push and rotate the flange until fully inser-
ted (dimension "H" mini Fig. 2).
- Bring the telescopic flange into the same position as the
upper flange.
- Priux home Zoom is ready to be connected.
PRIUX HOME ZOOM INSTALLATION (see Fig. 3)
- Close the valves.
- Remove the circulating pump to be replaced.
- Leave the mating flanges in place or replace the unions
with new mating flanges of the oval type PN6 or round
type PN6/PN10.
- Thoroughly clean the mating faces on the mating
flanges.
- Mount the circulating pump with the flange side atta-
ched to the discharge mating flange, after positioning
the seal (Fig.4).
- Tighten the attaching bolts with moderate force.
- Position the seal on the other mating flange, on the suc-
tion side.
- Slide the adjustable flange to place it in contact with the
seal.
- Tighten the attaching bolts.
- Open the circulating pump isolating valves.
