4. Turn and press the Select NAVIGATE to choose 'Yes' if you want to
enable daylight savings time. Turn and press the Select NAVIGATE to
choose 'No' if you want to disable daylight savings time.
Sleep setting
This function allows you to program the unit to turn to standby mode by
itself after a set period of time.
1. Press and hold the Menu button on main unit or remote control and turn
and press the Select dial to select 'Main Menu'.
2. Turn and press the Select NAVIGATE or use the Select buttons on the
remote control to select 'SLEEP' .
3. To activate the sleep function, press the Select NAVIGATE or use the
Select buttons on the remote control to repeatedly. The time will
change in the below sequence on every press: Sleep off-15mins - 30mins
- 45mins - 60mins
4. When your desired sleep time appears in the display, stop pressing the
button and the sleep function will be activated in two seconds. Sleep
will show on the display. Also the time remaining until switch off is
displayed next to the symbol in the display.
5. When the sleep timer counts down to zero, the unit will turn to standby
mode. To turn the sleep function o¬ff while the sleep timer is still
counting down, press the SLEEP button repeatedly to select "SLEEP
OFF". Sleep will disappear from the display.
Changing your preferred language
You can select the language for menus and options.
1. Press and hold the Menu button on main unit or remote control and turn
and press the Select dial to select 'Main Menu'.
2. Turn and press the Select NAVIGATE to choose 'System settings' >
'Language'.
3. Turn and press the Select NAVIGATE to select a menu language.

Backlight

You can adjust the duration that the screen is illuminated for and the
brightness of the screen when it times out.
To adjust the duration of the screen backlight before dimming:
1. Press and hold the Menu button on main unit or remote control and turn
and press the Select dial to select 'Main Menu'.
2. Turn and press the Select NAVIGATE to choose 'System settings' >
'Backlight'.
