Warranty

Ivory guarantees this product against defects of material and manufacture for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase.
Ivory cannot be held responsible for defects and consequences caused by or attributable to normal wear, improper use,
cleaning or maintenance, failure to follow operating and coupling instructions, lime scale or corrosion, contamination of the air
or water supplies, chemical or electrical effects of an exceptional nature or not permitted by the instructions provided by Ivory
or other manufacturers. Ivory expressly declines all responsibility for defects or consequences attributable to tampering with
the product or modifications made by the customer or unauthorised third parties, or attributable to the use of non-original
spare parts. In the event of justified claims, Ivory shall either repair the product or supply spare parts free of charge under the
warranty. The warranty excludes all other claims, with particular reference to claims for compensation. In the case of delays,
serious or wilful negligence, this exclusion is only valid provided no specific laws are contravened.
The warranty does not apply to lamps, glass and optic fibre conductors, glass or rubber parts, or the colour fastness of plastic
materials or all parts subject to normal wear. Claims made under the warranty must be presented by compiling the on-line
request "QRRMA" form and by accompanying the product with a copy of the purchase invoice.
The purchase invoice must clearly identify the dealer, date of purchase, code or model of the product and the production
