Non-stick coating
Do not use metal utensils when cooking. Do not use sharp objects as a knife to cook
inside the wok vessel. Non-stick coating could be damaged.
Removable power cord thermostatically
Removable power cord equipped with a 10 heat settings thermostat.
Glass lid with adjustable steam vent
Allows you to see your cook during use and control moisture levels while cooking.
Detachable base
Allows an easy cleaning. Un-twist the button below the base and pull the base.
To fix again, push the button and twist.
Thermo insulated handles
Make handling your wok safe when cooking or transporting after use.
Take the wok vessel only by thermo insulated handles, the other parts of the appliance are
hot.
Non-slip rubber feet
Provide extra stability and prevent slipping.

BEFORE THE FIRST USE
- Take out the appliance and all accessories from the packaging.
- Wash the wok and its lid with warm soapy water, rinse thoroughly and dry.
- Prepare the surface of the wok vessel by applying a thin coat of cooking oil and wiping
over with paper towelling. Re-seasoning is recommended every few months.
