§ In the event of a power failure, stored goods must
be checked by the operating company (temperat-
ure check).
§ Check the area in which goods are placed for for-
eign objects. Remove goods stored incorrectly im-
mediately.
§ Remove food and packaging residues
[see } Chapter 11.1.1].
§ Make sure the doors are closed.
Depending on the climate conditions of the installation
room (e.g. high humidity), condensation water may
form on the outer services or frost may form inside the
appliance.
WARNING
Electrostatic discharge and spark
formation with flammable refrigerant.
On a damaged / leaking refrigerant circuit,
sparks may ignite escaping refrigerant. Fire
hazard.
§ Use a damp cloth or sponge to remove
condensation water.
§ Do not use dry cloths or sponges to dry
the appliance.
CAUTION
Leakage of condensation water. Drain-
age of condensation from doors.
Slipping hazard.
§ Remove condensation from doors.
§ Check for puddles in front of and under
the appliance.
§ Remove spilled defrosting water/condens-
ation immediately.

Loading

Goods are removed from the front after opening the
door.
CAUTION
Material breakage.
Falling hazard. Impact hazard due to falling
parts/goods. Cuts.
§ When loading, do not climb onto or into
the appliance.
Falling objects.
Impact injury. Cuts in the event of glass
breakage.
§ Do not set down any objects on the appli-
ance.
§ Observe maximum loads of any type of
storage rack [see } Chapter 3.2].
§ Carefully add goods.

Opening/closing the doors.
Hands (body parts) may become trapped on
the hinge or handle side.
§ Look out for other persons when opening/
closing the lid.
§ When opening/closing, do not reach into
the opening gap, especially on the hinge
side.
Low temperature.
Frostbite to skin.
§ Wear protective gloves when loading.
NOTICE
Property damage due to misuse.
§ Only add goods to the appliance once the spe-
cified temperature for the product has been
reached.
§ Carefully add goods.
§ Adhere to loading specifications.
§ Close door immediately and completely after load-
ing.
Material damage due to mechanical removal
of mist/ice on glass doors.
Deterioration of the coating, leading to reduced visibil-
ity of the contents.
§ Do not remove mist/ice off the glass surfaces us-
ing mechanical means, such as an ice scraper.
§ Do not hold the door open using your body when
loading.
Loading specification
– Loading is only permitted up to the stacking marks
provided on the inside.

– Loading of the bottom shelf is only permitted up to
the end of the return air grille.
– Do not cover the return air grille with goods.
