IV. INSTALLATION
1.
Place one u-bolt (B2) over frame in between
frame and plastic skid plate.
Note: There is a plastic tab on the skid plate;
the u-bolt (B1) will go in between the
tab and frame.
2.
Assemble plow mount (A1) to u-bolt (B1)
installed in step 1 with two 5/16" flat washers
(B3) and two 5/16-18 lock nuts (B4). Do not
tighten at this time.
3.
Place remaining u-bolts ( B2) around the vehicle
frame and through plow mounting plate (A1).
Attach plow mounting plate with remaining 5/16
flat washers (B3) and 5/16-18 lock nuts (B4).
See Figure 3.
4.
Align the plow mount with the vehicle and
tighten the u-bolts uniformly to 10lb-ft (14 N-
m).
