INTERNAL LOCKING GLOVE LINK - GLOVE CHANGE INSTRUCTIONS

Applicable models: OR60-T-00-802-0X-GA1, OR60-T-00-808-0X-GA1, OR60-TA00-812-0X-GA1,
OR60-TA00-818-0X-GA1
If gloves are damaged or contaminated during use then they may be changed but only by a properly
trained, competent person. The attachment of non-approved gloves is not allowed and following each
change the suit must be re-tested for leak-tightness in accordance with the instructions provided in
this booklet. A record of all changes and subsequent testing should be maintained on the record card
provided with each suit. For advice please contact Microgard.

Step 1: Unscrew the retaining collar on the inside of the cuff to remove the glove assembly
using the tool provided
Step 2: You will require 1. Glove support collar, 2. Retaining collar, 3. Slip washer, 4. 'O' ring
Step 3: Insert the glove support collar into the glove. Push the collar into the glove and white
barrier glove so that the glove is stretched around the collar
Step 4: Locate the 'O' ring over the glove and fit into the recess of the support collar
Step 5: The slip collar should now be fitted over the glove and pushed up to the support collar,
with the wide rim against the support collar and glove
Step 6: Feed the glove down the inside of the sleeve, ensuring the left glove is in the left and
the same for the right glove.
Step 7: Make sure that the back of the glove is central to the back seam of the suit sleeve.
Push the glove retaining collar into the sleeve and tighten clockwise. Tighten the glove
retaining collar using the tool provided. Check that the glove is tight in the cuff and
that the gloves are on the correct sleeves and facing the correct way.
