Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung
Das Produkt dient zum Ausbalancieren von Rotorblättern, Impellern, Rotorachsen und Propellern von
Modellflugzeugen bzw. Modellhubschraubern.
Zusammenbau
• Montieren Sie zuerst die beiden großen Seitenteile mit den vier Schrauben M3x10mm an der Boden-
platte. Verwenden Sie dazu einen passenden Sechskant-Steckschlüssel.
• Danach sind die Schrauben M3x12 wie im Bild gezeigt durch die Seitenteile zu stecken. Setzen
nacheinander eine Beilagscheibe, ein Kugellager und wiederum eine Beilagscheibe auf, fixieren Sie
diese Kombination anschließend mit einer M3-Mutter.
• Der verschiebbare Teil wird mit der großen Schraube und der entsprechenden Mutter am linken
Seitenteil fixiert.
• Kleben Sie die Gummifüße auf der Unterseite fest (an den Ecken der Bodenplatte).
• Zuletzt sind die beiden Gewindeachsen mit den zugehörigen Alu-Zentriermuttern zu versehen (auf das
richtige Gewinde achten, M3 bzw. M4, siehe Bild).

Intended Use
The product is intended for the balancing of rotorblades, impellers, rotor axles and propellers for model
aeroplanes and model helicopters.
Assembly
• First mount the two large side components on the base plate using the four M3x10mm screws. Use a
suitable Allen key / Hex key.
• Then place the M3x12 screws through the side components as shown in the figure. Then place first
washer, then a ball bearing and then a further washer onto the screw. Attach this composition of
components using an M3 nut.
• The slidable part is affixed to the left side component with the large screw and the corresponding nut.
• Glue the rubber feet firmly to the underside (on the corners of the base plate).
• Then affix the corresponding aluminium centring nuts to the two threaded axles (ensure the thread is
correct, M3 or M4, see figure).
