24. Before plugging in the appliance, make sure that there is
enough water in the water tank. To avoid overflow, do not
exceed the maximum water level indication when filling the
water tank with water.
25. Beware of the hot steam that comes out of the steam vent
during steaming or when you remove the steamer lid. Keep
your hands and face away from the steam vent on the
steamer lid to avoid scalding yourself with the steam.
26. The steamer lid and removable drip tray becomes hot
during cooking. Do not get too close to the steamer or
touch it with your hands to avoid scalding.
27. When you open the steamer lid during cooking, beware of
the hot steam coming out of the steamer lid to avoid
scalding. When you check the food status, use a utensil
with a longer handle.
28. Do not remove the appliance when it is working.
29. Do not remove the removable drip tray before it cools
down to room temperature and before the appliance is
unplugged.
30. After the cooking is finished, take extra caution when
removing the steamer lid and keep it away from your body.
Beware of the condensation to avoid scalding.
31. Do not clean the accessories before they have cooled down
to room temperature.
32. Do not expose the appliance to high temperature, nor put
it on or near an operating or still hot stove or cooker.
33. Do not connect the appliance to an external timer to avoid
hazards.
34. Do not use the appliance if the plug, the power cord, the
base, or the appliance itself is damaged.
35. Do not use the steamer too long (no longer than 1 hour) to
avoid liquid flows out from removable drip tray. If you need
to use for longer time, be sure to pour out the condensate
water from the removable drip tray once an hour. Make
sure no liquid flows out from the removable drip tray
during use.
