Disposal
Electric and electronic products do not belong in the household waste!
Dispose of the unserviceable product according to the relevant statutory
regulations.
Tips and Instructions
• Only use one of the connection options - either the SD/MMC slot, the USB connec-
tion or the LINE input.
• There are many programs that can generate MP3 or WMA files. For this reason, it
cannot be guaranteed that all these files can be played back.
• Some SD/MMC memory cards or USB sticks may not work correctly with the FM
transmitter. The MP3 player may not detect the memory card and it is then not pos-
sible to copy data from the computer to the MP3 player. In this case, test the memory
card or USB stick by a different manufacturer.
The memory cards or USB sticks may not be formatted in NTFS format. Only use
the format "FAT16" or "FAT32" (normally the default setting of all SD cards or USB
sticks).
• You may not operate any USB sticks with integrated hard disk and also not any hard
disks or similar. The high power consumption overloads the FM transmitter and the
internal fuse is triggered.
• If the fuse in the FM transmitter has blown, this can be replaced. For this purpose,
unscrew the tip of the cigarette lighter plug of the FM transmitter and replace the
blown fuse with a fuse of the same type (Glass tube fuse 5 x 20 mm, 250 V, 1 A, fast-
acting trigger characteristics). Never bridge the fuse, danger of fire due to over-
heating!
• The FM transmission reduces the audio quality compared to playing back music via
CD.
• If applicable, try another frequency if you perceive any distortion. Even remote radio
stations that may be hard to receive with your car radio may interfere with the FM
transmitter.
