Do not tighten the screws all the way at this point.
Starting with the rear panel make sure the outside surface
of the panels are flush with the outside panels of the bottom
assembly and tighten the screws.
Turn right side up. Spread burner media(rock or glass) around
the burner. Do Not cover the guard around the thermocouple
and igniter. Install the door by putting the bottom in first and
then tightening the thumb screws. If the door is tight, loosen
the screws holding the side panels and push them out while
tightening the screws.
DO NOT COVER THE GUARD AROUND THE THERMOCOUPLE AND IGNITER
INSTALL DOOR BY PUTTING THE BOTTOM IN FIRST AND THEN TIGHTNENING THE THUMB SCREWS
IF DOOR IS TIGHT LOOSEN THE SCREWS HOLDING THE SIDE PANELS AND PUSH THEM OUT WHILE TIGHTENING THE SCREWS
Install the 1/4-20 thumb screws to the door and secure in
place with the 1/4 push nuts as shown. Make sure to insert the
thumb screws from the outside as shown.
The push nuts are pressed onto the threads of the thumb screw
to hold in place.
