Das Heizkabel darf nicht gekürzt
werden.
Das Heizkabel nicht befestigen,
z.B. mit Schellen.
Das Heizkabel darf nicht mit
scharfen Kanten in Berührung
kommen.
Das Heizkabel darf sich an keiner
Stelle überkreuzen oder berühren.
Min. Biegeradius 25 mm
Das Heizkabel ist so zu verlegen,
dass es zu keinem Wärmestau
kommt.
Das Heizkabel darf nicht über oder
durch brennbare Materialien
geführt werden.
Elektrische Absicherung und
Schutzmaßnahmen sind bauseits
vorzunehmen.
Vor Inbetriebnahme ist eine
Isolationsprüfung vorzunehmen.
Bei Verlegung in Metallrohren sind
diese in die Schutzmaßnahmen
einzubeziehen (Erdung der Rohre).
Bei Kunststoffrohren wird eine
Leistung von 40 W/m empfohlen.
Es ist in jedem Fall sicherzustellen,
dass es im Betrieb nicht zum
Verformen oder Abtropfen des
Rohrs kommen kann.
Das Heizkabel wird zusammen mit
dem Abtauzyklus eingeschaltet und
soll nicht permanent betrieben
werden.

Mounting
The heating cable or cold lead must
not be shortened.
Do not fix the heating cable, e.g.
with clamps.
The heating cable must not touch
any sharp edged parts.
The heating cable must not cross
or touch itself at any place.
Min. bending radius 25 mm
The heating cable must be
mounted in a way that avoids
accumulation of heat.
The heating cable must not be put
across or through combustible
material.
Electrical security and and safety
measures are to be provided on
site.
Perform insulation test before start-
up.
If used in metal pipes, they have to
be included in the electrical safety
measures (pipes to be earthed).
For plastic pipes a wattage of
40 W/m is recommended. It must,
in any case, be ensured that the
pipe cannot deform or melt during
operation.
The heating cable is switched on
only during the defrost-cycle and
shall not be operated permanently.

Installation
Ne pas couper la partie chauffante
ou le câble d'alimentation.
Ne pas fixer le câble chauffant (par
exemple : colliers de serrage).
Le câble chauffant ne doit pas être
en contact avec des pièces de
forme angulaire et/ou tranchantes.
Le câble chauffant ne doit pas se
chevaucher ou s'entrecroiser.
Rayon de courbure mini : 25 mm.
Le montage du câble chauffant doit
permettre d'éviter toute
accumulation de chaleur.
Le câble chauffant ne doit pas
traverser et/ou être en contact avec
des matériaux combustibles.
Les systèmes de protection
électrique (fusibles, disjoncteurs,...)
doivent être prévus sur site.
Effectuer des mesures d'isolement
électrique avant la mise en
fonctionnement.
En cas d'utilisation à l'intérieur de
tuyauteries métalliques il faut
s'assurer du respect des normes
de sécurité (mise à la terre des
tuyauteries).
Pour les tuyauteries plastiques, une
puissance de 40w/m est
recommandée. Cependant, il faut
s'assurer que la tuyauterie ne soit
pas détériorée ou déformée
pendant le fonctionnement.
Le câble chauffant est prévu pour
un fonctionnement pendant le cycle
de dégivrage et ne doit pas être en
service de façon permanente.
