4 Getting started
Take the device out of the package and remove all packaging material. Clean the
device and accessories as described in chapter 6 under "Cleaning and mainte-
nance".
Then, select the desired blade unit.
The 2-fold blade unit is suit-
able for fine grinding, e.g. of
coffee beans.
Open the cover of the device and insert the blade unit. Ensure that the blade unit
locks in place. Once the blade unit has been mounted, turn it in the clockwise
direction until it locks in place.

The 4-fold blade unit is suita-
ble for coarse grinding of other
food items, e.g. nuts.
