To increase or decrease the amount of soluble drink in the cup, three parameters must be adjusted:
1) drink+water dispensing time by means of programming;
2) water outlet speed by setting the special water flow regulation screw (8) (turn clockwise to decrease the flow and anticlockwise to
increase it);
3) type of shaft (5) inserted in the soluble drink container:
• no shaft means maximum amount of drink dispensed,
• an 8 mm diameter shaft means an average amount of drink dispensed,
• a 14 mm diameter shaft (flush with the screw) means minimum amount of drink dispensed.
The result of the soluble drink dose in the cup is also influenced by the speed of the motorised mixer. This speed can be adjusted by
means of the trimmer on the panel (see electric diagram).
Dispensing hot water
Place a cup under the hot water spout (32), and press the key indicating hot water cup for tea (13f): dispensing will start automatically.
For the Super Cof version:
- dispensing is obtained by pressing the hot water dose key for tea (13f), resting the cup on the special articulated support (31) which
allows the cup to be positioned under the hot water spout (32).
Caution: during soluble drink dispensing, hot water dispensing is not enabled, and vice versa.
It is advisable to carry out the washing cycle several times a day as follows:
press the key (11) for the time required to remove any impurities present in the mixer body (7-9-10).
It is a good idea to dismantle the mixer body (7-9-10) and manually wash it at the end of each working day.
It is advisable to clean the soluble drink container outlet periodically to remove any residues of the product. If necessary, dismantle the
drink container to carry out manual washing. The soluble drink funnel (3) must be removed in order to dismantle the drink container (2).
1. In the Cof-Super Cof versions, correct operation of the suction device (33) must be checked periodically. By means of the steam
funnel (10), this device prevents the steam from reaching the soluble drink container and increasing the possibility of residues
forming which would jeopardise good operation.
Caution: the water dispensed during the various operations is collected in the special drip basin (19): remember to empty it periodically.
1. In the Choco-Cof versions, the drip basin can be connected to a discharge pipe (20) (optional).
Programming the various machine parameters is carried out on different levels, as follows:
1) Programming the basic dose of the selectable soluble drinks.
1) Press the "Stop" key and keep it pressed for about 15 seconds. The programming level is signalled by the "OK" LED continuously
flashing intermittently.
2) Press the dose key to be programmed within 5 seconds, otherwise the programming level is abandoned.
3) Once the required dose is reached, press the "Stop" key. The dose is automatically memorised and programming is abandoned.
Repeat operations in points 1-2-3 for all the other available selections.
Caution: during this phase, water plus soluble drink dispensing is programmed.
2) Programming end of basic dose of the first soluble drink selection.
1) Press the "Stop" key and keep it pressed for about 15 seconds. When the "OK" LED continuously flashes intermittently, press the
"Stop" key again. The programming level is signalled by the "OK" LED flashing twice each time.
2) Press the "+" key to increase, or the "-" key to decrease the water plus soluble drink dose dispensing time by 200 milliseconds.
To pass to the next programming phase, press the "Stop" key once.
To exit the programming phase, press the "Stop" key 5 times: exit is confirmed by the "OK" LED lighting up.
