low-power lamp: luxeon led, service life > 50,000 h.
> Battery:
sealed lead-gel battery, 6 v, 4.5 aH, rechargeable, maintenance-free
> charging time: max. 4.5 h.
> Battery life:
Main lamp Xenon > 5 h., thereafter automatic switchover to
luxeon led

luxeon led flashing about 40 h
> protection class ii.
> protection type: ip65.
> Operating /storage temperature: –20°c to +50°c.
cHarging:
> cHarge tHe laMp fully BefOre first using it.
> charge the lamp fully before it is to be stored for an extended period.
> charging options:
Mains charger: 230 v, 50 Hz.
Motor vehicle charger:12 v to 24 v - ac / dc (max. 2 a).
warning: it is essential to ensure that the cigar-lighter is still live even when the ignition
key is removed from the ignition switch. if this is not the case, the charging cable must
be protected by a 3-amp fuse and connected directly to the battery.
> the led will light yellOw to indicate that the lamp is being charged.
the led changes to green as soon as the battery is charged.
there is in parallel a capacity display using five leds.
> to maintain its charge, the lamp should always be parked in the wall-mounted holder
when not in use. automatic discharging and a reduction in the battery capacity
will thus be avoided. the spotlamp has an automatic charging voltage monitor Ô and
continuous charging is thus possible.
> when removed from the wall-holder, the lamp switches on as a functional
check.
OperatiOn Of tHe laMp:
press the selector switch once:
press the selector switch twice:
press the selector switch 3 x:
press the selector switch 4 x:
the energy-saving lamp (led) is actuated automatically if the filament in the main lamp
fails and also before reaching the low-battery protection point. Before reaching the low-
battery voltage, the lamp automatically switches to energy-saving mode (led), with a
residual lighting duration > 1 h. the spotlamp switches itself off automatically as soon as
the low-battery voltage is reached.
capacity display:
when the spotlamp is in operation, the remaining battery capacity is signalled by five
leds, as follows:
3 green leds:
> 75%, > 50%, > 25%
1 yellOw led:
< 25%
1 red led:
< 10%
eMergency ligHting functiOn:
while the lamp is parked in the wall-holder for charging, should there be a mains power
failure, the main beam will light up and remain lit until either the mains power is restored
or the low-power limit of the battery is reached.
it is possible to switch the spotlamp off manually.
repair and Maintenance:
servicing operations may only be carried out by properly-trained electrical experts.
Only original replacement parts are to be used.
