10. Troubleshooting
Breakdown
The device does not
start

Possible cause
The battery is not charged.
The dust container is full.
The filter is clogged/very dirty.
The cleaning brush is dirty/

Battery is no longer at full capa-
city following long use.
The battery only lasts for
approx. 1 minute.
Filters are not inserted correctly.
If the temperature of the device
is too low or too high, this can
lead to a short-term malfunction
of the device .
The device must be cleaned or
maintained.
Solution
Charging the battery.
Empty the dust container.
Clean the coarse and dust filter.
Remove the cleaning brush and clean it.
Remove floor cleaner head and remove the disrupti-
ve objects.
Remove the cleaning brush and clean it.
Charge the battery.
Exchange battery unit if required.
Charge the battery.
Insert filters as described in section 6.
Leave the device to stand for a few minutes at room
temperature, switched off.
Release the battery unit and clean the device (see
section 6.). Install the battery unit. If the blinking
continues, release the battery unit and contact your
seller where you purchased the device .
