1. Make sure that the appliance is switched off.
2. Plug the small connection at the end of the adapter cord into the base of the
trimmer.
3. Connect the adapter to the power outlet. The battery will automatically start
to charge and the red indicator light will light up for as long as the adapter is
plugged in.
4. When the battery is charged, first pull the adapter from the power outlet, before
removing the connection from the base of the appliance.
5. During charging the adapter will feel warm. This is perfectly normal and safe.
6. If the appliance is not used for a long time, the battery capacity may decrease a
bit. However, the capacity is restored after a few cycles of fully charging and fully
discharging the battery.
USE
Replacing the shaver heads
To remove the shaver head: turn it counterclockwise to unlock.
To place the shaver head: place the shaver head onto the body so you can press it
down and turn it clockwise to lock.
Attaching the comb attachments
Trimmer: the trimmer has 2 comb attachments for 4 different
lengths: 3, 6, 9 and 12 mm. Place the comb attachment onto
the trimmer, onto the side with the grooves, and click the comb
attachment into the small holes at the sides of the shaver head.
The attachment should be firmly locked. To remove the comb
attachment: press the clip at the side of the attachment out of the small hole.
Body trimmer: the body trimmer has 2 comb attachments: 1,5
mm and 2,5 mm. Click the attachment onto the top of the body
trimmer, the comb over the shaving foil, so that it locks into
place.
Sideburn trimmer: the sideburn trimmer has 1 comb attachment.
Slide the attachment into the grooves at the side of the sideburn
trimmer, until it clicks into place. You can lock this attachment
into 2 positions: 3,5 mm and 7 mm.
When placing the comb attachments, always make sure that the
attachment is locked firmly into place.
