FINAL TIGHTENING
4. Go back through and tighten all bolts and locknuts securely.
Note: Do not overtighten the bolts where the tubes become deformed.
STRAP ATTACHMENT
5. Assemble the Cam Buckle straps next. Depress the Cam Buckle as shown in figure 4. Insert the free end of the Short Strap
into the buckle from underneath and run forward. See figure 5. When pulled tight, the finished strap should look like figure 6.
Repeat for all straps
