4. Auswählen und Einsetzen – Die gewünschten Buchstaben

Reinigung und Aufbewahrung

ACHTUNG!
■ Zum Reinigen auf keinen Fall scharfe oder ätzende Reini-
gungsmittel, raue Schwämme oder Messer verwenden. Diese
können die Oberfl ächen beschädigen.
1. Den Artikel vom USB-Kabel trennen bzw. die Batterien aus
dem Artikel herausnehmen (siehe Abschnitt „Batterien einle-
gen / wechseln").
2. Den Artikel und alle Zubehörteile mit einem weichen Tuch und
ggf. etwas mildem Spülmittel reinigen.
3. Den Artikel und alle Zubehörteile gründlich abtrocknen, bevor
er wieder zusammengebaut und / oder verstaut wird.
4. Den Artikel an einem trockenen, vor Sonne geschützten sowie
für Kinder und Tiere unzugänglichen Ort aufbewahren.

Entsorgung
Das Verpackungsmaterial ist wiederverwertbar. Die Ver-
packung umweltgerecht entsorgen und der Wertstoffsamm-
lung zuführen.
Den Artikel umweltgerecht an einem Recyclinghof für elek-
trische und elektronische Altge räte entsorgen. Er gehört
nicht in den Hausmüll. Nähere Informationen bei der örtli-
chen Gemeindeverwaltung verfügbar.
Die Batterien sind vor der Entsorgung des Artikels zu ent-
nehmen und getrennt zu entsorgen. Im Sinne des Um-
weltschutzes dürfen Batterien und Akkus nicht über den
normalen Hausmüll entsorgt werden, sondern müssen an
entsprechenden Sammelstellen abgegeben werden. Au-
ßerdem die geltenden gesetzlichen Regelungen zur Batte-
rieentsorgung beachten.

Important Instructions

■ Batteries can be deadly if swallowed. Therefore keep batter-
ies and the article out of the reach of children and animals. If
a battery is swallowed, seek medical assistance immediately.
■ Children must be supervised in order to ensure that they do not
play with the article.
■ Before inserting the batteries, check whether the contacts on
the article and on the batteries are clean, and clean them if
necessary.
■ Use only the battery type specifi ed in the technical data.
■ Always replace all batteries together. Do not use batteries of
different types or brands, or batteries with different capacities.
When replacing batteries, ensure the correct polarity (+ / –).
■ Remove the batteries when they are dead or if you will not be
using the article for a prolonged period. This will prevent any
damage if a battery leaks.
■ If a battery has leaked, do not allow your skin, eyes and mu-
cous membranes to come into contact with the battery acid. If
you touch battery acid, rinse the affected sites with abundant
fresh water immediately and contact a doctor as soon as pos-
sible.
■ Remove a dead battery immediately and clean the contacts
before you insert new batteries.
■ The batteries must not be recharged or reactivated by other
means, dismantled, thrown into a fi re, immersed in fl uids, or
short-circuited.
■ Use suitable fastening material to hang up the article. If you
are unsure which fastening material is suitable for your wall,
seek advice from a specialist stockist.
■ Install the article at a safe place on a dry surface, a suffi cient
distance away from heat sources, for example ovens and heat-
ing systems.
■ Before drilling, ensure that there are no pipes or cables behind
the intended drilling point.
■ Do not place any heavy objects on the article.
